Holiday Book List

The holidays are upon us. Time for a reading list to fill the quiet moments when I’m not feasting. This year I’m moving away from favorites like Seth Godin, Malcom Gladwell and Daniel Pink:

think-book

“Think:” by Michael R. LeGault. Did Gladwell’s bestseller “Blink” have it all wrong? Do we need to work harder at becoming more logically-based, incisive reasoners?

microtrends-book

“MicroTrends:” by Mark Penn and E. Kinney Zalesne. The author who identified the soccer mom phenomenon analyzes small behavior patterns that wield big influences on social patterns.

trust-agents-book

“Trust Agents: Using the Web to Build Influence, Improve Reputation, and Earn Trust” by Chris Brogan and Julien Smith. The title says it all and Chris’ blog is one of my regular reads.

I’ll let you know what I learn.
