Doing More with Less

jail

Do more with less. That’s a phrase we’ve all heard frequently over the past eighteen months. The message is clear enough and even sounds vaguely positive. Yet whenever I hear those words I feel as though I’ve just been condemned to prison. Until recently.

Last week a friend turned me on to Leo Babauta and his book, The Power of Less. It’s about eliminating unnecessary distractions and focusing on issues that really matter. Issues that have potential to impact your objectives.

It’s about doing less to achieve more.

Now that doesn’t sound like a punishment to me. It sounds like a get out of jail free card.
